My name is Michael Phoenix, owner and founder of the Phoenix Group.
After many years of chauffeuring VIPs, I observed how many of the larger hire car providers are operating their services. It became quite apparent to me over time that there was an ever-widening gap in the market for a more premium car with a driver service solution. So, calling upon my military background and then later premium residential estate agency experience, I decided to embark upon building my own bespoke chauffeur service and to put my name to it.
My vision was simple: create a bespoke Chauffeur and Concierge service providing guests with an opulent and individual chauffeuring experience. After careful consideration, I selected the Jaguar XJ Long Wheelbase saloon cars as I believe they best embodied the visual style and individuality I was seeking. Our cars have an incredible visual presence with a twist of sophistication whilst epitomising the very best in British luxury and design.

Our cars are equipped with rear privacy/sunshade blinds and power reclining seats that are heated and cooled. Additional features include WiFi, mobile/laptop charging points, footrests and overhead vanity mirrors. Our flagship “Autobiography” model also offers seat back tables for tablet and laptop use, seat massage function and LCD TV Entertainment System.
